Family Time in Wisconsin-11

We departed Oshkosh and made the quick flight over to Antigo Wisconsin to see family. My Grandparents on my Mom’s side live in Antigo, and family from Texas, Japan, and Alaska were converging there.

We landed in Langlade county airport and were welcomed by family.

Woodsen dropped us off, my cousin Tyler hopped in the plane, and they flew to Milwaukee to pick up my mom who had flown in from Alaska.

We had rented an airbnb to stay at and it turned out to be a great place for the young cousins to play outside. They found all sorts of mushrooms, plants, and animals (including a snake) while the adults visited and played cribbage.

We had leisurely mornings, enjoyed sharing the job of making meals, and making simple memories as a family.

Other happenings included Atlee getting stung on her cheek by a bee, root beer floats, neighborhood walks, and we were even able to take my cousin’s family for a plane ride.

Of course family photos were taken, then goodbyes were given with open invitations to come up to Alaska

Next stop South Dakota!
